Welcome to the community Richard. Feel free to post your own new threads, questions, discussions. What are the pressing issues you are facing right now as a charity using social media? No doubt others will also be experiencing them. We have a range of charities represented in this online group - directly or indirectly.
Publications manager at east London charity Community Links. I enjoy sharing stories and innovations through printed publications and case studies - now keen to try similar stuff online.
Why do you blog? What do you blog?
I co-ordinate a team blog which shares our research, publishing and policy work. With limited resources it makes sense to have a go at disintermediated communication direct to people with a self-declared interest - and desire to collaborate ... rather than sending a press release to the Daily Mail and hoping they will publish it.
Who do you blog for? (Audience, On Behalf Of)
Mostly community practitioners, but also policy makers, academics and researchers - basically anybody with an interest in the varied work of our team and our organisation.
