Social tools for coordinating collective action in Egypt

I was in Cairo, Egypt on holiday last week, and came across some news articles while reading the local papers, about how social tools like Facebook and Twitter were being used by pro-democracy activists in coordinating collective action against a number of Government measures, such as lack of freedom of speech (a number of bloggers have been jailed for supposedly defaming the country and Islam), the increase in food prices, in particular the price of bread, etc. Here's a link to my own blog site if anyone is interested - feel free to leave comments!
